The annual or biennial grows to about one meter in height. It has sparse, fine, feathery leaves and pinkish/white flowers, which ar followed by inexperienced seeds. The leaves, when crushed, give off AN unpleasant odor like press bugs. The Greek name "Koris" (for bug) is the word form for Coriander.
